Awakened Campus Summit 2022

Do you have knowledge to share at this Summit?

We invite submissions by professionals across fields, to include college administrators, mental health and wellness practitioners, clergy, university faculty, scientists and more. By way of example, presentations might address:


  • Presentation of existing, explorative and proposed campus-based models of spiritually oriented treatment, prevention or wellness. 
  • Time-honored or innovative integration of spiritual growth, mental health and wellness on campuses, whether within the academic classroom, advisement, dorms, athletics, wellness center, outdoor education, or student run activities.
  • Naturalistic data, archival data, or intervention research pointing to campus-based support for spiritual growth.
  • Science on the concomitant mental health crisis, interpersonal discord, and spiritual decline on campuses.
  • Campus wide initiatives, that might include training of faculty and administrators in spiritual growth and development among emerging adults.

In order to submit your proposed presentation, please draft a brief document including:

  • Corresponding Presenter (name, title and affiliation; overland mail address and email)
  • Number of Co-Presenters (Listing of each name, title and affiliation; each contributor’s overland mailing address and email)
  • Approximately 400-600 word description of the proposed presentation. The format of your submission may be one of the following:
    • 60-minute symposium (3-5 contributors)
    • 15-minute individual talk
    • 30-minute workshop (1-5 contributors)
    • 60-minute workshop (2-5 contributors)
  • Potential willingness to travel to New York City to present in person. Ability to travel will not affect likelihood of proposal acceptance.
