Review Process

A team of faculty and administrators review all applicants for the SMB Area of Focus. All applicants and application materials will be given a holistic review. Life experience is valued and welcomed. Participants will not be selected exclusively based on academic credentials, however, a Bachelor’s degree is required to be eligible for review. Candidates who successfully pass the first round of review will be contacted for a Zoom or phone interview shortly after the submission of their application.
